This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. I remember the kind staff who helped return my shower bag. I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

The Northwinds Hotel offers a business center that was quite convenient for my work needs. The room I stayed in had great linens and eco-friendly soaps, which added a nice touch to my overall experience. Additionally, the hot water in the shower was excellent and the communication about the snow shoveling in the parking lot was appreciated, although some salt would have improved safety during the morning commute.
The noise from other guests was disruptive at times.

The room had great linens and a cozy ambiance. I enjoyed the clean bathroom and the hot water in the shower was perfect after a long day. Breakfast offered a variety of fruits and eggs, which suited my family's needs quite well. However, the noise from guests in the hallway disrupted our peace at times, which was disappointing. I wished for a more secure atmosphere given that smoking was happening in the hallways. Overall, while the stay met basic expectations, improvements in noise control and additional cleanliness enforcement would enhance the experience significantly.

Absolutely loved the pet-friendly vibe! Our room was spacious and sparkling clean. The stunning mountain views made for some breathtaking moments.
Housekeeping was like a game of hide and seek. sometimes they showed up, sometimes they didn’t. And walking outside for breakfast in winter? Let's just say, my toes weren't thrilled!
